The educational needs that will be met through this 5 week program are:
1. Understanding of the characteristics and learning style of an individual with Asperger Syndrome and High Functioning Autism.
2. Understanding of the social and communication deficits faces by individuals with AS and how these challenges effect their academic and social experiences
3. Hands on positive behavioral strategies to teach new skills and reduce unwanted behaviors
4. Understanding pf emotional and body regulation
5. Participants are given resources available to them to further support their students
