Middle School Science Curriculum Changes

This session will provide a review of the updates to the Johnston Science Curriculum scope and sequence. There are significatn changes to the Middle School Curriculum. We will also look at samples of the proposed new science materials that support the curriculum updates.
Please Note: Opportunities for additional professional development in science curriculum will be listed on CourseWhere for September and then again in January. These later sessions will be for grades 1-8. One will deal with using online resources and technology provided by the textbook publisher to support the updated science materials. The second will deal with generating computerized tests which support the updated materials. Please check CourseWhere for those dates.
