Graduation Portfolio Review Process REVISED

This is workshop consists of two(2)one(1)hour sessions addressing the Graduation Portfolio Review process for proficiency based graduation requirements and the Johnston High School Diploma System. The new JHS Diploma System celebrates the culmination of the entire District’s commitment to the students of Johnston. The first session consists of an overview of and training in the Graduation Portfolio Review process. Sessions 2 engages participants in the actual process of graduation portfolio review. Participants are expected to attend all sessions, to use a presentation rubric to score student graduation presentation and participate in the formation of a feedback letter to the presenting student.
Targeted Audience: Pre-K, Elementary, Middle school, High school, Classroom teachers, Administrators, Special Education Teachers & Specialists
Participants must bring an assessment or assignment to the workshop
