Rhode Island Electronic Portfolio System

This workshop will focus on the Rhode Island Electronic Portfolio System (RIEPS). The session will address nuts-and-bolts issues such as: 1) portfolio thinking 2) assessment input 3) setting up individual accounts 4) adding assignments 5) how to link/associate assignment to goal/standards 6) how to post the assignment 7) reflection component 8) associating assignments to Grade Span Expectations (GSE’s) and JHS student learner expectations. Participants will roll-up their sleeves and get dirty in this hands-on session. Discussion and hands-on opportunities will be available to participants.
PARTICIPANTS MUST BRING AN ASSESSMENT/ASSIGNMENT TO THE SESSION.
