´Learning to use your MacBook in the Classroom´
This class will explain, demonstrate and explore parts of the computer and accessories, basic operating considerations so that the user will be able to use the Mac in the classroom with your students. This workshop is a PREREQUISITE and needs to be completed before you can take the SmartBoard training on Feb. 13th or 14th from 2-4 PM.

This class will provide additional training and support for those that took the first MAC workshop. Now that you are ready to move from a PC to a MacBook, you probably have many "how to" questions. Participants will gain more confidence in using the MacBook in the classroom. Come to class ready to work indepenently with your MAC.

Course Description: Participants will receive an overview of MACBook features and explore applications (office for the MAX) that will lend itself to integrating technology strands into their classroom instructions.

Manipulating Student Data Using Excel
Course Description: School clerks will learn Excel Basics that will enable them to modify canned reports eminating from School Max. They will also have a appreciation for the versatility Excel can afford them in assisting with the clerical duties they routinely perform.
