This Induction Workshop registration is only for IU 1 Professional Staff in Induction.

EBS is a compilation of research and various models, which emphasizes school climate, collaborative rule making (Code of Conduct), teaching expected behaviors, and intervention strategies designed to teach the student to make responsible choices. Its foundation is based on the works of Abraham Maslow, Rudolf Dreikurs, (Children the Challenge), Linda Albert (Cooperative Discipline), Thomas Lickona), and Harry Wong (First Days of School). Format: discussions, group activities, individual project, readings and videos.

Registrants are not able to change a registration once it is submitted.

Act 48
Participants must attend the entire course/workshop, arrive on time and stay the full time, sign in and out, complete the evaluation forms, participate in classroom activities and complete all course assignments at the proficient level to receive Act 48 credit or hours. All attendance or participation issues should be directed to Dr. Jarol DeVoge at devogej@iu1.k12.pa.us.
