PSSA-M - Fayette and Greene County Schools and all Vo-tech/CTCs PM Session - This is a training to discuss the PSSA-M and Guidelines for IEP Teams in making appropriate decisions about the participation of individual students with disabilities in PA State Assessments. The training will focus on options for participation in assessments in PA, and considerations and consequences for test assignment decisions. The training will also guide the participant through the four step process in recommending participation in the PSSA- Modified Assessment.
The AM training is for teams from the Washinton County Schools.
Teams may include the LEA / Administrator, Special Education Personnel, Guidance Counselor, Curriculum/ Assessment Coordinator, and school psychologists. However, team membership is left up to the discretion of the school district. The school district team will train staff at the school district level.
