A Day of Discovery
This workshop is for all K-12 educators.

With mounting standards and never ending assessments, we know that teaching in schools today can be a challenging experience. Your Day of Discovery will be about sharing digital media tools that make learning engaging and fun. But your day will be much more than just learning from the presenters in front of the room.

Throughout the day youŽll get to participate in engaging and interactive sessions. It is our hope that when you return to your school you will be able to tell others about what youŽve learned. And that is the ultimate goal of the Discovery Educator Network.

The Discovery Educator Network (DEN) is a global community of educators passionate about teaching with digital media, sharing resources, collaborating, and networking. With over 25,000 members providing professional development to over 250,000 educators worldwide, the DEN connects teachers both on-line and in-person. Discovery Educators have exclusive access to a wide range of resources, professional development activities, networking opportunities, exclusive Discovery Educator events and more!

We are asking that you register to become a DEN Star member prior to your Day of Discovery on September 29, 2008.
