OpenOffice is the leading open-source office software suite for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, graphics, databases and more; and it is now the standard office software on IISD student laptops. OpenOffice is easy to learn, especially if you are already familiar with other office software applications. This session will provide an overview of the OpenOffice suite as well as answer questions about the difference between OpenOffice and Microsoft Office.
