Overview of federal, state, and district rules regarding the employment and compensation of paraprofessionals, incuding over-time rules. Audience: At lease one administrator from each campus, all new administrators, and campus/department secretaries.

With contract renewal date approaching, a review of state and local rules ergarding contracts will be discussed. Also criteria for non-renewal, renewal, and termination of contracts. Audience: At lease one administrator from each campus, all new administrators.
