Go to http://www.irvingisd.net/staffdev/default.htm to view guidelines for the 09-10 School Year. REQUIREMENTS FOR 09-10 SCHOOL YEAR: A MINIMUM of 12 09-10 District Exchange Credits; 12 09-10 Distributed Learning Credits; 6 09-10 Campus Exchange Credits. For more information contact the staff development office. For docking purposes 1 credit equals 80 minutes of pay.

NEW! Some workshops may have evaluations attached to them. Look at links above and click on evalutations to complete these online evaluations. Courses will show as incomplete if you have not completed a mandatory evaluation. Not all courses have an evaluation attached to it and not all are mandatory.

Teachers - 09-10 Distributed Learning Credits need to be completed by May 29. You need a minimum of 12 credits to complete your 187 Contract. Hint: Look at credits and not at hours. If you attended an after school workshop and think you chose the wrong credit type then contact Mickie Cox in the Staff Development Department. For docking purposes please note that 1 credit = 1 hour and 20 minutes of pay. If you have questions or problems with the system please contact staff development.
