Participants will learn to use Career Cruising. It is an online tool provided by Ingham ISD for students
to create their Educational Development Plan (EDP) and explore possible careers and plan for their
future. They will delve into the many functions of Career Cruising including: Career Matchmaker
(Interest inventory), School Selector (School profiles for thousands of colleges and universities),
Career Exploration, Career Pathways, Job Profiles, Components of the EDP Tool and Resume Builder,
Resources for Career Advisors, Counselors and Teachers. This session is designed as a refresher or
initial experience into the online tool, as well as support for the administrative functions of the website.
