Nonviolent Crisis Intervention is a 12-hour course in crisis prevention for human service providers.
This course emphasizes early intervention and nonphysical methods for preventing or controlling
disruptive behavior. Included are techniques for personal safety and participative study of crisis
prevention methods such as restraints, transport techniques, and team crisis strategies.
