Description: The GCS Title I Department and Exceptional Children Services are partnering together to hold a Parent Institute that will bring parents of special needs children and parents of students in Title One schools together with educators, school administrators, and community agencies. A variety of topics will be covered to assist parents with information to help maximize student learning.

Description: Millis Road faculty members will meet monthly to discuss books and articles dealing with change, curriculum, classroom management, differentiation,homework,retention,inspiring students, creating trust in the classroom and other educational topics. We will continue using The Master Teacher articles and then read Classroom Strategies That Work. Paideia seminars will be conducted to discuss the information staff has been assigned to read,We will then reconvene as a faculty to share thoughts and ideas.
