GCS-Respectful & Responsive Service Training - 800293
Session: 6357 Description: Is the service you provide respectful and responsive? Does it adhere to the district’s new service standards? In an education environment, service excellence doesn’t mean that “the customer is always right.” Education is like a three-legged stool made up of educators, parents and students. When all three legs work together, the stool is stable and strong. Learn key tips on how to foster a service-oriented environment in your department, because educational excellence includes service excellence. Target Audience: All GCS staff – managers, administrators, support staff and professional staff. Learner Outcomes: This fun and interactive three-hour course will help build a climate of service while building on the goals and strategies outlined in Area IV of the Superintendent’s Strategic Plan. Prerequisites: None |
