GCS-CUI: High School Math AP Calculus AB - 800207
Description:
Participants will focus on College Board concepts of AP Calculus AB. Dr. Dan Teague, NCSSM, will share strategies for deepening the understanding of the concepts of limits, differentiation, and integration. Topics will be adjusted to meet the needs of the participants in assisting them with achieving success for their students.

Target Audience:
AP Calculus AB and Pre-Calculus teachers

Learner Outcomes:
As a result of this course, the participant will 1) Participants will be able to develop the students’ understanding of the concepts of calculus. 2) Participants will be able to emphasize a multirepresenational approach to calculus, with concepts, results, and problems being expressed using the “Rule of 4”. (graphically, numerically, analytically, and verbally) 3) Participants will be able to make and demonstrate connections among the 4 representations.
