Description:
Assistant principals will attend a series of sessions covering topics aimed at improving performance in their current assignments and preparing them to lead a school when promoted. The course will consist of ten three-hour meetings and include pre- and post- assessments of skills and the building of a portfolio intended to guide the individual Growth Plan and supplement the evaluation.

Learner Outcomes:
As a result of this course, participants will develop skills and strategies aimed to improve their performance in their current assignment and prepare them to lead a school when prompted.
