Description:
This session focuses on the 5 composing features of the North Carolina writing test as well as strategies for teaching the composing features..
Target Audience:
Beginning English II teachers (0-3 years experience).
Learner Outcomes:
As a result of this course, the participant will understand how to utilize the pacing guide in order to prepare students for the North Carolina 10th grade writing test. In addition, participants will gather strategies and create plans to utilize strategies to immediately implement in the classroom.

None.
