Description:District-Wide mandated professional development on best practices in teaching 3-5 Language Arts.

Target Audience:One 3-5 ELA teacher from each elementary school as designated by the principal.
Learner Outcomes: Participants will recive an overview of Assessment for Learning, updated curriculum documents, and the Reading/Writing Connection using nonfiction text.
