GCS-Tech: Introduction to Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 - 090501
Description: Participants will learn how to create presentations complete with speaker’s notes, outlines, and handouts. Your electronic slideshow will include text, clip art, design templates, graphics, transitions, and special effects. A variety of uses of a multimedia will be demonstrated and practiced. Each participant will develop and presentation to present to the class.
Target Audience: All Staff.
Learner Outcomes: Each participant will be expected to demonstrate evidence of the following skills in order to receive credit for the workshop: (1) understand multimedia terminology; (2) use of design templates; (3) incorporate text; (4) import graphics; (5) use transitions and special affects; and (6) produce a slide show for instruction in an integrated lesson or for assessment. It is the responsibility of the participant to complete all required coursework by the end of the final session. The course portfolio will be reviewed at the last session. Only those attending all sessions and completing a portfolio will be given credit.
