RTI Implementation Team Training

Schools are often left to fend for themselves to interpret RTI research and apply it to their unique K-5 configuration. However, RTI is not a one-size fits all "program". Based on the concepts articulated in the book; Logistics of Literacy Intervention: An RTI Planning Guide for Elementary Schools, these sessions will guide school teams to develop and/or refine precise RTI implementation plans that are manageable and customized to fit each individual school. Joanne Allain, an RTI consultant with 3t Literacy Group, focuses on the instruction and planning for multi-tiered systems for K-12 educational institutions across the country. Each school team attending this 3 day training will be able to: 1. Analyze RTI and School Reform research and apply it to their specific school setting and student population, 2. Develop an effective and efficient RTI implementation plan for their school site, and 3. Develop an RTI Operations Manual that articulates their policies and procedures in order to provide clarity and coherence for administration, school staff and parents.
