Already been trained in the two-day CPI New User Training but need to keep your certification up-to-date? Refresher training is needed every two years to maintain certification. Refresh your knowledge on how to de-escalate someone who is in crisis and practice hands-on techniques on how to safely handle someone who is physically acting out.
