Online Registration System

Clare-Gladwin RESD offers a comprehensive Professional Development package designed to help school personnel further develop their expertise. Topics for workshops and training sessions are aligned with the Michigan School Improvement Framework, determined by the collective needs of the local school districts, and focused on the best research-based practices.

Professional Development Registration

Clare-Gladwin RESD uses a product called CourseWhere to help manage registration for all professional development events. You can browse the site by category, title, date, or location. You can print a listing of all workshops/trainings by clicking the Print A Catalog icon above. New courses and sessions are added regularly. Visit this site often to see all we have to offer.

To register for an event:

1. Click the “View By…” icon of your choice above
2. Select the category/month/interest/etc. from the scroll-down menu and click GO
3. Select the desired session you wish to attend
4. Follow the registration instructions
5. Log in with your User ID and Password to complete registration (if you are a first time user, see next paragraph)
6. A confirmation screen will appear when you have successfully submitted your registration and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you immediately

FIRST TIME USERS: Click the Create Account button and follow the instructions to set up your account. Choose your own ID and password and provide current contact information. You’ll be required to enter complete information only once and your profile can be updated anytime by choosing Change Personal Info on the home page.

Additional Registration Information:

1. Registration fees are non-refundable. If Clare-Gladwin RESD is notified of registration cancellation no later than 24 hours before a workshop, the fee may be applied toward another workshop in the current school year. Coursewhere will allow you to unregister within seven days prior to a workshop start date. Cancellation of registration within one week of event will require contacting Roxie Greenman at 989-386-8603. If cancellation is not received, participants will be billed for registration fees, meals, and materials.
2. If Clare-Gladwin RESD cancels an event, payment will be returned as soon as possible.
3. Please be sure to include your correct email address on the registration page as this is how we will deliver all information on events—including updates and cancellations.
4. If an event has TBD (To Be Determined) listed, please continue to check the website for updates.
