Everyday Leadership Initiative
To develop a working environment that maximizes the opportunity to establish, build and maintain a positive classroom dynamic. Topics to be included: developing classroom guidelines, setting professional expectations, staff scheduling, staff responsibilities, structuring productive staff meetings, staff training, staff assessment and positive feedback, and managing support staff. Participants will learn the vlaue of creating a “team” mentality.
