Good mental hygiene necessarily means not allowing other people and events to cause us to lose our temper, feel overly depressed, guilty, or incompetent, or ruin our day (or lives). Participants will leave this workshop better able to deal with their significant others, their children, their bosses, and themselves. All participants will live happily ever after.
This program is run by Associates for Counseling and Educational Services (ACES). Everyone MUST register with his office (215-345-7868). ONLY register here with the IU if you need Act 48 hours. Remember, everyone MUST register with ACES.
