Heartsaver AED/CPR/First Aid - Summer 2008

Audience: Any Interested Staff.
This is an American Heart Association course. The first aid portion provides the skills to assess and maintain life from the critical minutes immediately following an emergency until the arrival of emergency medical services personnel. It covers general principles of first aid, medical emergencies, and injury emergencies. The AED/CPR portion teaches the basic techniques of adult CPR and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). Successful course completers will receive a course completion card.
