9th Grade Seminar/Curricular Planning

Audience: 9th Grade Teachers.
Teachers of 9th grade students will be planning for the transition of incoming students. Curricular alignment, mapping, and assessment strategies will be discussed. Teachers should bring course descriptions and current maps to the meeting. Planning for the new Freshman Seminar course will also take place. The Freshman Seminar is a new course we will be teaching next year. The curriculum has been ordered, and we will meet to plan the alignment of curricula. All teachers and guidance counselors of 9th grade students are encouraged to attend.
