Guided School Improvement Implementation Series

Course Narrative:
Your school improvement team worked hard to create a great plan last spring! Your team PLANNED THE WORK….now it´s time to WORK THE PLAN. Principals and their school improvement team members are invited in to track their progress, monitor/adjust, and discuss what needs to be done next. Guided assistance is provided, along with updates from MDE including tools, templates and helpful resources. Make your School Improvement Plan the engine for "change" at your school. Most of the session is team work time.

Course Objectives:
Participants will monitor, adjust and discuss implementation of their school improvement plan. Participants will learn about updated information from MDE regarding continuous school improvement. Participants will receive a flash drive loaded with resources and access to a statewide Moodle site.
