The Core of Academics: Mental Health

Educators, administrators, social workers, counselors, parents

Course Narrative:
Suicide and depression are increasing problems for our youth. Mental health is a critical component of youth development and academic achievement.

Course Objectives:
The workshop will explore the impact of stress and depression on today’s youth, review current statistics, and explore effective strategies and approaches to addressing this issue.
