This is a 4-class interactive class. Parents are encouraged to bring their children with them to participate. Please register for all 4 classes in the series. The Leaps and Bounds Program educates and supports parents by providing a research based program designed to increase parental involvement in the home and to help parents get their children ready for school. The goal of the Leaps and Bounds program is to ensure that children are entering school ready to learn and to increase the likelihood that they will become productive citizens later in life. This program focuses on the readiness skills of pre-kindergartners. Activities in each area of the house focus on children between 3 and 5 years of age; however, these activities can be applied to children of various backgrounds and age groups.
