Auto-Generated Certificates of Completion

Coursewhere can be configured to generate certificates of completion automatically.

If you're like many educational organizations that sponsor Professional Development events, you like, or even need, to provide a Certificate of Completion to registrants who have earned PD credits.

You might not be aware that Coursewhere can create a personalized PDF Certificate of Completion for you and make it instantly available to the staff person who earned the credit as soon as you' finalized the roster. Further, the format of the certificate can be customized to look like the certificate you provide now.

How It Works:

You provide us with two files: a PDF of your blank certificate, and a PDF of a filled-in example certificate. We will review the documents and provide you with the cost estimation for building certificate design into Coursewhere. In most cases it's a one-time fee of $500.

Once the certificate auto-generation feature is enabled, a course completion certificate will automatically be created for each qualifying cost-credit selected and earned by the registrant when the roster attendance is finalized by an administrator or instructor.

The official Certificate of Completion will then be instantly available for printing from the registrant's transcript by clicking on the certificate icon next to the course that was completed. Providing Certificates of Completion is that easy!
