Monroe County Educators will be trained in nonviolent crisis prevention techniques including verbal and physical strategies. Day 2 training looks at student performance data at the school and classroom levels. What, exactly, do individual student know? How do we know what they know? Once we know, how do we help individual students to improve? What support will teachers need to help individual students and whole classes? How can administrators use this data in developing student programming and in supporting staff? This day long training will focus on an overview of RtI for school-based teams.
