Description:

“Do Your Words Nurture or Hurt?” teaches staff members how to provide feedback to students in a way that boosts self-esteem. Sometimes we say things to nurture, but our well-intentioned remarks have the opposite effect.

In this course participants will:

• Learn when and how to give feedback to students
• Assess whether your words nurture or hurt
• Learn how to motivate without affecting a child’s self-esteem

PLEASE NOTE:

  • If you have questions about this course content or pre-requisites, please contact the instructor(s) or "Contact" person listed.
