DESCRIPTION:

Group will study purpose, implementation and resources associated with guided reading. Texts may include, but are not limited to the following resources: Guided Reading-Primary and Intermediate, by Fountas and Pinnell, Beyond Leveled Books, Literature Circles and Response, Guided Reading, and LIFT materials and articles.

Course Info:
  • School-wide implementation of Guided Reading to meet student needs. Sedalia has 33% of our population on ILPs, and focus on Guided Reading is a current SIP goal-RTI, specifically Curriculum and Instruction.
