DESCRIPTION:
True collaboration in groups takes more than just the positive intent to work with one another. Participants in this training will learn maps and tools for effective meetings as well as personal skills which support achievement of desired outcomes. You will leave with the vision and tools to develop genuine collaboration among diverse participants. This training is especially recommended for administrators, BRTīs, site council members, group facilitators and all those whose work calls for interaction and interdependence with others.
