- DESCRIPTION:
On January 23, 2009, the DCHS feeder will be hosting a LIFT conference entitled, "LIFT Elements to Activate a Culture of Thinking and Inquiry." This class is a "training of trainers" designed for the teachers who are presenting at the conference.
Course Info:
Teachers will develop a shared understanding of a culture of thinking and inquiry. Teachers will plan their LIFT presentations incorporating a culture of thinking and inquiry.
Ellin Keene will be presenting information on the Culture of Thinking and Iquiry. Teachers will work in small groups with other presenters to discuss articles and Ellin´s presentation.

THE HOURS FOR THIS COURSE INCLUDE A ONE-HOUR DOCUMENTED SESSION WITH A BRT FOR PROCESSING LEARNING, CLASSROOM IMPLEMENTATION AND PLANNING FOR LIFT CONFERENCE PRESENTATION.
