Leadership development is crucial in an environment that is constantly changing!

Leaders are found at every level of the organization. Some individuals have a formal leadership title; others do not have the title but still have leadership responsibilities.

To experience success at both the personal and organizational level, leaders need new skills and competencies to meet ongoing challenges they will encounter. The goal of each of these courses is to provide those skills and competencies needed to be a successful leader!

Leadership courses offered include the following titles:

  • Getting Started as A New Leader
  • Mastering Interaction Skills
  • Influential Leadership
  • Rapid Decision Making
  • Leading Change
  • Resolving Conflict

DESCRIPTION:

“Essentials Of Leadership®” The essence of being an effective leader lies in establishing good interpersonal work relationships and having the ability to spark actions in others.

Critical skills introduced in this class include:

  • Maintain or enhance self-esteem of others
  • Listen and respond with empathy
  • Ask for help and encourage involvement
  • Share thoughts, feelings, and rationale (build trust)
  • Provide support without removing responsibility
